Savor Santa Ana is a great concept and a fun way to explore all the different restaurants in downtown Santa Ana, many of which I haven’t been too. We were given a map & some food tickets, 2 drink tickets, and VIP wrist bands to sample the local restaurants; even 4th street Market that were participating in the event. o

Everything was within walking distance and all the foodie stops were within 2-3 blocks of the starting point. Most dishes were 1 ticket and some of the bigger/ nicer items were 2 tickets.1CollageThe 4th street market had plenty of vendors to choose from & some of the favorite vendors which we tried was Little Sparrow which had the banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) & cookies. to add a blog post for Little Sparrow on Zomato 2CollageThey even had local bands playing music, street artists and performers entertaining the crowds during this event.3CollageChapter one was serving the pork rillettes, made right there in front of you as you wait in line to sample this delicious morsel of meat. to add a blog post for Chapter One: The Modern Local on Zomato 4Collage

Black market bakery had various delicious cookies, cakes, pastries and they were also handing out free cookie coupons to let people know that they were coming soon to downtown Santa Ana.

Ninjas with appetite had a delicious generous sample of their teriyaki bowls. Click to add a blog post for Ninjas with Appetite on ZomatoIMG_2189

During this event, they even had the trolleys circulating downtown Santa Ana along the route so that people were able to make it back to their cars after enjoying all the many delicious food & drinks. I highly recommend you visiting this event if you are in town. 4cbGX4dcgUntil my next foodie adventure. Cheers!
