This is the 2nd year which OC Night Market returned back to the OC Fairgrounds, this was a fun weekend event which friends and families were able to enjoy an Asian themed food fair from May 8-10th. This year’s event was much better organized than last years, the food vendors were in the same area & wasn’t so spread out as it was before.
This years’ LA Wine Fest 10th Anniversary was located on the Raleigh studio & it definitely did not disappoint because it was even bigger & better than last years’ event with even more wineries, vendors and breweries.
Summer Fest is a premier summertime celebration of OC Weekly’s Summer Guide and Orange County music and beach culture! Join us this June for an all-day reggae concert, vendor village with games and shopping, food trucks, beach sports and cocktail samples.
If you have a passion for baking, creating, cake decorating, and entertaining, or if you love cakes, pastries, breads and other delicious temptations, then The CAKE Expo is the perfect place for you! We have created the ultimate foodie party experience… a VIP reception and a two-day live event, devoted to the world of baking, and the art of entertaining.
LA WineFest returns to Raleigh Studios in Hollywood on May 30-31 and invites first time visitors and loyal fans to sip, explore and enjoy hundreds of wines and beers.
Last week I had the opportunity to attend OC Weekly’s annual event, Artopia which celebrates Orange County’s art scene that varies from visual to performing paired with booths of food & liberation from various restaurants & companies. (more…)
Last month, I had an opportunity to attend an amazing food expo in LA, named Crave Expo.
This event gave a chance for local companies to showcase their food, art work & services to potential customers & marketers. This was a great concept to showcase how future catering services will be carried out. (more…)
I came back to the Playground for a redemption dinner because from what I can gather, Jason Quinn is someone that you cannot help but admire because his passion for food shows in his dishes. He is willing to take a chance to try out new things & push the limit in experimenting on new dishes to see what works & what doesn’t work.
This was the menu of what we had for this dinner because the menu changes every night.
Last Sunday, March 15th I had the privilege of attending the Family Winemakers of California’s first Southern California Tasting at Fairplex, Pomona. Almost 100 small, family-owned wineries, from across California. I love that the focus of this event was on small, Southern California family owned wineries. Below are reviews of my favorites out of all of the wineries which I had tasted for this event.
