****Media Release: OC’s 1st Paella Wine & Beer Festival****

Orange County’s first Paella Wine & Beer Festival is coming to the Orange County Fair and Event Center on Saturday, August 26, from 4-9 p.m. Nearly 50 local chefs will compete with their own paella recipes for the chance to represent the United States at the World Paella Championship in Sueca, Valencia, Spain. Event entry includes unlimited wine, beer and paella and features an experience reflecting what one would find while strolling through a lively outdoor market in Spain. There will be live entertainment including Flamenco performances and Spanish rock, and local vendors will offer tapas, sangrias, cocktails, cultural art, and much more.

The seventh annual Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival presented by Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa will take place March 24-26, 2017, at The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California, in the Ferguson Grand Tasting Tent.

During this 3rd Annual wine tasting event, I got the to  enjoy more than 90 unique wines from 32 Paso Robles wineries in the charming Cambria Pines Lodge in Cambria, CA.

The Vintage Food & Wine Festival

This great annual event is held at the beautiful, historic Mission San Juan Capistrano on Saturday, Oct. 8th.  If you have not yet experienced the Old Mission at night, that alone is worth the price of admission.  The majestic campus with 200 year old adobe buildings and pristine gardens comes alive in a new way when it’s lit up in the evening.

That’s only the beginning of the experience, though.  More than twenty local restaurants, bakeries and other dining establishments offer tastes of their great cuisine.  Local wineries, breweries and spirit makers offer samples of their drinks as well.  This is one event that you won’t leave hungry.
